A Baltimore, Maryland Native, Chef T started his culinary and craftsmanship journey as a dish washer at Oceana Traders - a small seafood shop in Sydney, Australia. There he attended culinary school, while working in Fine Dining, Dives, Casuals, and some Crazies - before finally returning to Phoenix, Arizona.
